Reworked in October 2026 — Supercell has confirmed Monk is getting new mechanics but hasn't published exact numbers yet. The stats and ability text below are what shipped before the rework and are still accurate until it lands.
Monk is a Legendary, Boss-trait troop at 5 Elixir capable of briefly deflecting incoming damage back at whoever's attacking him — a real damage-denial tool built into his kit, not just a defensive stat. Timed against a strong single hit, that deflect window can turn an opponent's own attack against them.
