Prince
Prince is a Rare troop costing 3 Elixir, moved onto the new Rider trait in Season 11 (previously Noble). At the start of combat, he charges the nearest enemy for bonus damage and a knockback; at 4-Star, that same charge instead knocks the target completely out of the Arena.

Also in the Base Game
Prince exists in the main Clash Royale deck-building game too, where it's a epic card costing 5 Elixir per deployment in a deck. Merge Tactics fields it differently — bought from the shop for 3 Elixir and merged for star upgrades, rather than cycled through a deck.
