What is Starsteel Road in Merge Tactics?

Starsteel is Merge Tactics' ranked progression currency — every match you play earns Starsteel based on how well you finish, and earning Starsteel moves you along Starsteel Road. Reward milestones unlock automatically at fixed Starsteel totals as you pass them, and the leagues along the road progress from Bronze through Silver and Gold up to Diamond.

Season 11 extended Starsteel Road to 4,000 Starsteel, adding new leagues and reward milestones along the way. You can track your own live Starsteel total and league on Merge Tactics Leaderboards.

What changed with Starsteel Road in Season 11?

Season 11 expanded Starsteel Road because the ranked season now lasts three months instead of one. Supercell added 3 new leagues — Silver IV, Gold IV and Gold V — and moved Diamond from 3,000 to 4,000 Starsteel.

Players can also earn Ruler Cards for 4 featured Rulers this season — Royale King, Elixir Loong, Battle Machine and Dagger Duchess — spread across fixed milestones the whole way up the road.

Does Starsteel reset every month in Season 11?

No. Season 11 runs from September 1, 2026 to December 1, 2026 and does not have monthly ranked resets. Earlier seasons reset Starsteel and re-opened Starsteel Road every month — Season 11 instead keeps your progress intact for the full three-month season, even while other in-game content (troops, traits, modifiers) can still rotate on a monthly cadence within it.

4,000 Starsteel. Gold V ends immediately before Diamond, and the exclusive Elixir Loong Emote is earned near the gates of Diamond at its own verified milestone — 3,975 Starsteel — not at 4,000 itself.
